Not just leaders alone, youths too have equal responsibility for leading state ahead – CM

03 Mar, Jorethang: A day prior to 18th SDF Foundation Day, today Chief Minister Dr Pawan Kumar Chamling addressed the mass gathering of youths converged from various districts of the Sikkim here at Jorethang Public Ground. Chief Minister voiced that the youths are building blocks of tomorrow’s prosperous, stronger Sikkim and youths should never underestimate their calibre. He said, educated youths should not refrain of being apathy instead should bring up their determination by right use of their education skills. Education never create boundaries, educated people have all possibility to make self reliant provided one should avoid falling into illusive elements of society. Illusion myths within a society bring a distraction in people’s ideology, there are scores of opportunities to bag rather than people swirl in wrong direction. Happiness and Sad are the two manmade identities which are born by the mindset of the individuals. Sad because educated person never utilizie his skills correctly nor he implemented his education power in pracyical , said CM.  Sikkim needs more human resources , more educated , learned hands are required for driving developmental activities , 33% human resources are compensated from outside  just because of unavailability in own home. It is a high time to acquire a knowledge by several means, various programmes in form of trainings as such are being organised by the state government to generate in-house human resources, proper utilization of available facilities will give a direction to create an ample of human resources opportunities within own home rather than relying on outsiders for simple tasks. Not just leaders alone, youths have equal responsibility for leading state ahead, said CM
The event was attended by the Ministers, MLA’s, officials and also the huge party supporters . The surging crowd of thousands of youth manifested from the Chief Minister’s speech which happened to mark a deep impact upon their minds and re-initiate their mindset.
